Families and individuals who are not able to attend the information session on Saturday should call the CDR Needs Assessments Headquarters to speak with a CRWCR "Green Shirt" Team Member at 770-819-0662 ext. 25 or visit one of the following locations 11a.m. to 7p.m. weekdays, Monday, November 9 through Thursday, November 19. The office will be open for assessments on Saturday, November 14, 10 a.m. to noon.
The CDR Needs Assessments centers are located at the Ron Anderson Recreational Center, 3820 Macedonia Road in Powder Springs; Family Life Restoration Center Inc., 6105 Mabelton Parkway in Mabelton; and Sweetwater Valley C.A.M.P. located at 6289 Veterans Memorial Highway in Austell.
